In order to maintain safe hygiene practices and make sure there is minimum contact, we have tied up with a logistics partner to bring the shipments across to you.

Shipping ideally takes place within 1-3 days of placing the order, unless circumstances regulate otherwise; given which customers will always be notified in advance.

- Packaging

Adhering to a strict low waste policy, we reuse cardboard boxes to ship across your purchases to you.

In the scenarios that cartons and boxes are not available, we use cloth lined envelopes.

We also follow a strict no-plastic policy. We take care to secure the parcels with masking tape. We always make sure our logistics partner is okay with this.

We have yet to hear from customers about a damaged shipment.
